Boss Notifications is an unofficial fan-made Discord bot for Black Desert boss alerts. This policy explains what data may be processed when you add or use the bot.

• Discord server identifiers and channel identifiers needed to send notifications.
• Configuration choices made by server administrators.
• Basic technical logs used to maintain reliability, security and debugging.
• Discord user identifiers only when needed for commands, permissions or audit purposes.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not use bot data for advertising profiling. We do not claim any affiliation with Pearl Abyss or Black Desert.

4. Data retention

Configuration data is kept for as long as the bot is installed or as long as it is needed to provide the service. Technical logs may be kept temporarily for maintenance and security.
